It appears that the Wikis tab once showed a tree of children wikis; while I can understand cleaning up the page for those with extensive wikis, it would be great if users knew from looking at the Wikis tab that there are children wikis that exist. That way players know there is more information in child wikis without having to leave the page and there is no reason that players wouldn't have known about a particular wiki once they visit the main Wikis tab.
Specifically, have the default view be the cleaned up view, and use something like a + sign button to give users notice of the existence of child wikis, and the ability to see what topics those cover (via their titles) and when each was last updated.
Example:
Introduction
last updated: 4 days ago
Source Material
last updated: 1 day ago
(+) Characters
last updated: 2 days ago
If the user clicked the + sign next to Characters, this would expand to show its child wikis...and indicate the existence of wikis which are children of those children
