Forum Poll - White screen when adding answers

When I click "Add Answer" to add more than 2 answers for the polls in a new forum thread it refreshes my browser (Chrome 16.0.912.75) to show only a white screen.

About to check IE.

edit: Same result in IE 9.0.8112.

When I click "Add a Answer" it looks like for a split second it's loaded the whole page again from that button down (I see the EpicWords banner load in that position). Just before it goes to the white screen.

edit: Also occurs in Firefox 9. According to Firefox (which shows me what it's loading), it's loading something from google-analytics.com but never finishes.

edit2: Got a screen-cap (had to get it in Firefox as it stays up for half a second there, unlike IE9 or Chrome which lasts just a fraction of a second)
