Templates

Happy 2012! New year, new ideas.

Was thinking of Wiki Templates. A GM could make one up for "City", "NPC", "Weapon" etc. All it would do would be to fill the current wiki entry with what's in the template. Really, it wouldn't be much different then hitting the [B] Bold button.

I've been copy/pasting, so it's not necessary -- but it would be convenient, and if you have multiple people writing, it would help consistency.

That's an interesting idea. I could at least set up some sort of "starting" code for various wikis/references.

That'd be cool -- I mean, with Mouse/keyboard it's not a big deal -- but on the phone or tablet, copy/pasting just isn't intuitive.

That's a great idea actually. I have a star system that I am trying to populate with planets, cities, stations etc. and something like that would be useful.

Template for Dynamic Character Sheets!

GM creates the Dynamic Character Sheet Template and players copy the template to create their characters.

Oh and I agree regarding the whole tablet thing, damn things are addictive.
