Can't get Image tags to work

The two image tag examples in the Formatting Guide don't work for me.

I always have to go to my Files Tab, open Images, click on the image and then use that URL to display the image.

I would have to put this in the img tags

http://www.epicwords.com/attachments/2876

instead of

/images/elf_woman_facesm.jpg

sorry, but the code tags weren't working for me either or this would have been better explained.

the link in the editor should give you a list of image files in your campaign. Note, that this will only work for your campaign journals. I should extend this to forms as well. Is that where the problem is?
Also, /images/elf_woman_facesm.jpg won't work. I think you can put a .jpg on the end of the attachment id, which can help some browsers know how to handle the image.
