Background:
Kithri the Sage
I was born thirty-eight years ago in a small town outside of Edinburgh in Scotland- Eirenotz Stronghold. Although I was birthed there, I cannot remember much about my youth for some reason. My memory are holds mostly my studies in religion and arcane ability. As an adolescent halfling, I had always admired anything that looked old and as if it had a long, drawn out story to tell. Artifacts and relics usually occupied my time in place of friends and family. I also spent much of my time as a student of the earth- I have a strong connection with nature; I usually only explore the areas around Edinburgh for fear of being attacked by a hostile creature. This made, and still makes, finding new artifacts to study difficult for me. Typically, my work in Edinburgh has consisted of individuals relying on my book knowledge on history and prior research on relics to decipher the tales of their artifacts. I have lived a life of solitude and tend to stick with those whom are familiar to me. This is comfortable and I did not wish to adventure outside of that comfort zone.
Upon the star-crossed meeting of Keloran Longfinger, he wanted information one of the greatest treasures I have ever studied- The Brittle Tapestries of Zevon the Great. Keloran was seeking information urgently and he had already found some of the pieces, which of course I studied. I knew that piecing together the full tapestry would require an advanced ritual- which I did not have. Keloran gave me the scroll the day after a dear friend passed on. I began working on locating the pieces immediately and discovered them in the Eastern lying mountainous land- the Wyldlands. Keloran left after provisions. I really missed him. Although the relationship between was on a professional level, I truly enjoyed his company and became fond of him. After three years of Keloran being gone, he found the rest of the pieces, lost some of the originals and I was instructed that he would contact me again but if the contact failed, to find Kiras Dawnblade, his apprecntice.
