Deep in the Mindspin Mountains, a storm giant warlord known as the Storm Tyrant has seized control of a cloud castle and an Orb of Dragonkind, and is gathering an army of giants from across western Avistan—first to bring the orc hordes of Belkzen under his banner, then to conquer the neighboring realms. Heroes defending the human town of Trunau from an orc raid discover that the attack is just a precursor to the Storm Tyrant’s larger plans. Working their way through an abandoned border fort, an ancient giant temple, the tomb of an undead frost giant, and an elite fire giant training facility beneath a dormant volcano, the heroes eventually take the fight to the Storm Tyrant himself inside his flying fortress. Can the giant army be defeated before it can conquer the human lands of the Inner Sea, or will all of Avistan bow down in fealty to the Storm Tyrant?

Meh.
So what are the odds I have a fever, headache, and tummy troubles? Did I get them taking Jen to the ER Friday? I don't know. Maybe you guys can do something with Len or play CE or something.

I am so sorry. Maybe the work stress over Xmas contributed.

No game 12/4
I hate to cancel, but now that Jen and Sarah are getting better, I'm the one coughing and gagging. I can't talk for multiple hours tonight. Sorry all.

An Interlude
Striking off towards civilization to find means of returning their friend Ivan from the dead, the party headed West, out of the Mindspin Mountains. They knew the area was wild, filled with all manner of fell beasts, but had no idea they were THIS wild.

On their first night on the road, they were joined in their camp by a very odd group. A massive stone giant riding a mastodon with a pair of ogres stumbled on them, and they found the giantfolk were quite nice and obliging. They were trying to find the gathering point for giants in the Mindspin Mountains to listen to the words of the Storm Giant King and judge for themselves if they should join this army that was forming.

The groups made small talk, shared a meal of vegetable and herb stuffed pony, and generally behaved like civilized folk. When morning came, they traded gifts and each went their own way.

The next day, the group encountered a gorgon in the scrub forest. The beast petrified Milo temporarily, but was quickly overcome. This provided quite a bit of fresh beef for the journey ahead, which Pemmican was able to make good use of.
